About the Project
FitnessMaa's gym operations were running on spreadsheets and paper registers. We partnered with them to design and build a single, purpose-built operations app to replace it — gym staff now run day-to-day operations from one app, with front-desk check-in taking seconds instead of minutes, and multi-branch support built in from day one.
